It got vandalised and many spam pages were created along with many existing articles being torn down and spammed upon. There is even foul language. The destruction was so much that I just gave up on the wiki.

He's a ghost, not black gas. He looks like his normal self, except that his flippers are replaced by ghostly mist and he's slightly transparent.

I just realized that there is an itchy and scratchy episode based of that. I forgot was it was called. And the plot is that itchy reads A newspaper (do not ask what it says) and sees a scratchy ghost. Then itchy puts scratchy in the freezer. And then he drinks scratchy. The end
